Avalon is a luxury apartment community located just off Interstate 10 in northwest Pensacola. The project consists of 276 garden-style units with one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. The sixteen acre site includes twelve three-story buildings, forty-seven enclosed garages, a clubhouse, pool area, sport court, and putting green. The project was completed in the summer of 2008.
