Mill Creek Run is a 224 unit apartment complex comprised of one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. The site consists of 13 apartment buildings, one leasing/clubhouse building, 10 garage buildings, detention pond, swimming pool, and recreation area. The three story buildings are wood framed with a brick and vinyl siding exterior. The 253,720 sf project, which was completed in April 2006, took only fourteen months to build.
