Wisteria Townhomes are located just off North Dean Road in Auburn, Alabama. The project consists of 15 buildings with four different floorplans and was constructed in two phases. The first phase included the clubhouse and four town home buildings, while the second phase contained the remaining ten buildings. The project was delivered in only ten months in the fall of 2005.
